Perfect Acne Friendly Summer Pasta Salad

Finding a skin nourishing recipe to enjoy in the summer is the best. I love this acne pasta recipe because it’s super easy and so nourishing for the skin. I use the Maria’s Gluten Free Chickpea noodles because they taste amazing, but also packed with protein to make this a satisfying meal or snack.

**If I were using another g-free noodle, I would choose one high in protein or add another source of protein to this meal, like chicken, or salmon, or chickpeas.

Ingredients:

  • G-free pasta (my favourite: Maria’s Chickpea)

  • Your favourite Summer Veggies

    • Radish

    • Tomatoes

    • Carrots

    • Arugula

    • Red onion

    • Cucumber

  • Olives

  • Goat Feta

  • EVOO

  • Fresh lemon

  • S&P

Prep:

  • Cook pasta & rinse with cold water

  • chop veggies

  • combine all together

  • top with EVOO, S&P, and fresh lemon
